Guest Relation Manager- Mantanani Island Resort

Due to JSK Group's focus on the Hospitality & Tourism industry, we are currently looking for experienced and dedicated individuals with the "CAN DO" attitude to join our family.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the Group’s Tourism & Hospitality division's related marketing and public relations initiatives.
2. Plan, organize and coordinate the division's marketing and public relations initiatives, including creating brand awareness, PR, coordinating events/functions, and developing new customers/business partners.
3. Respond to requests for information releases or press conferences from the media, acting as the spokesperson.
4. Establish and maintain relationships with consumers, community, employees, and public interest groups.
5. Plan or direct the development of programs to maintain favorable public views of the organization's agenda and accomplishments.
6. Study the organization's objectives, promotional policies, and needs to build public relations strategies that influence public opinion.
7. Confer with managers to identify trends and group interests and provide advice on business decisions.
8. Prior marketing/public relations experience in the Tourism & Hospitality industry is essential.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in PR, Marketing, or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years of public relations experience in the Tourism & Hospitality industry is required.
3. Candidates without prior hospitality/tourism-related public relations/marketing/events exposure need not apply.
