Position: Group Recharges Subject Matter Expert
Industry: Oil & Gas (Shared Services)
Location: The Horizon, Bangsar South City, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (60/40 – 3 days in office, 2 days WFH; first month in-office training)
Contract Duration: 12 months with PERSOLKELLY
Salary: RM15,000 – RM20,000 (based on experience & qualifications)

Job Summary:

As the Group Recharges SME, you'll be the key driver of finance ownership over recharge activities. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will harmonize conflicting business priorities (Tax, Statutory, MI, Intercompany) and support the ongoing transformation efforts towards process standardization, simplification, and digitalization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the recharge cycle(s) based on Group Best Practice Model and ensure timely reviews with senior stakeholders
• Conduct recharge calculations using recharge tools for assigned portfolio
• Drive the invoicing process and ensure accurate reconciliation of costs
• Support cost pool analysis and ensure charges are justified and aligned with business needs
• Prepare and gain approval for business cases related to changes in recharging methodology
• Collaborate with statutory teams to ensure compliance with relevant tax and statutory requirements
• Lead discussions on transfer pricing and governance at group recharges meetings
• Contribute to the company transformation agenda and continuous improvement culture
• Handle adhoc operational requests, including tax and audit queries

Who Can Apply?

• 10-12+ years of finance & accounting experience, including controlling, tax, and transfer pricing
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with recharges
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• High analytical skills, financial awareness, and proficiency in Excel (SAP experience is a plus)
