Reporting to the (Board of Directors) or Group President / CEO and Group Executive Vice-President, the Group Finance Manager will manage the full financial and management accounting functions of our group of companies.
The Roles
Management reporting and business analysis in all financial aspects for a portfolio of companies.
Financial & tax planning, budgeting and forecasting.
Cash flow management.
Credit & operational controls.
Inter-company reconciliations.
Investment appraisals.
Liaison with external auditors, tax agents and banks.
Lead and ensure compliance to internal & external audit requirements.
The Person
A CPA with at least 10 years of relevant commercial experience in a regional role.
Ability to work as a business partner with cross functional teams.
Business savvy, strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills and strategic in thinking.
Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin (written & oral) to communicate with staff and associates in China.
A good level of computer literacy, experience in SAP HANA will be an added advantage.
Moderate travel to China is needed.
Works well in a diverse environment (multiple countries and matrix reporting).
