To lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
To identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends, drive innovation, and ensure the group's technology stack is state-of-the-art.
To oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of group technology infrastructure and systems to ensure high performance, reliability, and security.
To partner with other senior leaders, align technology initiatives with business needs, and contribute to group strategic planning.
To manage group technology budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost efficiency.
To develop and implement group strategies, mitigating technological risks and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
To communicate group technology vision and strategy to stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, and represent the company at industry events.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior executive position such as Chief Technology Officer or Vice President of Technology.
• Master’s Degree, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong background in software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire large, diverse teams and drive technology-driven business transformation.
• Excellent strategic planning and execution skills with the ability to think long-term and drive technology initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing organizational change and driving the adoption of new technologies and processes.
