We are Malaysia’s leading Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) and we are aggressively expanding our business, looking for dynamic, driven, and motivated individuals to join our team. Our Direct-To-Consumer segment (D2C) is one of our fastest growing product areas in the market, with an abundance of expansion plans and innovative ideas on hand.

Talent Acquisition & Development:

Design and execute sustainable talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive software products market.

Lead initiatives for talent growth and succession planning to ensure a robust talent pipeline. Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Work Culture and Engagement:

Foster a positive, diverse, inclusive, and engaging work environment through effective communication, employee engagement initiatives, and conflict resolution.

Compliance and Policy Development:

Advise the C-suite on human resources related legal risks and oversee HR policies to ensure compliance with employment laws. Develop HR policies that support the company’s mission and values. Oversee administrative functions to ensure efficient operations and support for all departments.

Team Management:

Lead and manage the HRA team, ensuring accountability for day-to-day tasks, and fostering a high-performance culture within the department. Navigate a complex business environment with a deep understanding of the industry's opportunities and challenges. Address HR challenges proactively and develop innovative solutions to support the organization's growth.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Minimum 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a Senior leadership role.
  2. Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and legal regulations, both locally and internationally.
  3. Ability to lead and manage a diverse team, with strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Proven experience in strategic planning and implementation.
  6. Strong expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development.
  7. Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and industrial relations.
  8. Experience in implementing HR technology, HRMS, and digital HR solutions.
  9. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  10. Ability to drive change management and cultural transformation.
