Responsibilities:

1. Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process.
2. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements.
3. Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances.
4. Prepare consolidated financial reports in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
5. Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial analysis.
6. Support the external audit process.

Compliance and Standards:

1. Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
2. Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy.

Analysis and Support:

1. Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
2. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
3. Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives.

Collaboration and Communication:

1. Work closely with finance teams across the group.
2. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, preferably in a group or multinational environment.
3. Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, consolidation principles, financial reporting software, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or VBA, V-LOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE.
5. Knowledge in Navision or any other ERP is preferred.
6. Proficient in English (prefer Mandarin speaker).
7. Possess initiative, willingness to learn.
