About the role

This role reports directly to the Graphics & Packaging Senior Programme Manager and is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering new/existing Dyson products to production related to graphics & packaging. In addition, the role supports the Project Manager in monitoring delivery progress and works closely with all stakeholders.

  1. Assist the Graphics & Packaging project manager in planning and managing NPD project deliverables (G&P related), depending on business needs, whether delivering smaller standalone/accessory projects or medium-sized projects.
  2. Assist the Graphics & Packaging project manager in compiling, analysing data, producing reports and presentations.
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Graphics & Packaging project manager to align deliverable activities to meet project goals.
  4. Engage proactively in new NPD project kickoffs by asking questions, exploring opportunities, and motivating the project team.
  5. Ensure projects are briefed, planned, managed, and approved according to the correct process.
  6. Escalate to relevant stakeholders and flag risks or issues found during project delivery, including possible contingency plans or actions.

About you

  1. Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or other relevant degrees.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  3. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  4. Good listener with the ability to receive constructive feedback and coaching.
  5. Motivated and committed to personal and professional growth, willing to invest time in continuous learning and development.
  6. Able to work well in a team.
  7. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to challenge assumptions and convention.
  8. Proactive problem-solver, able to navigate complex processes and systems.
  9. Self-motivated and competent, with excellent time management skills.
