Graphic Designer / Web Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Ui/UX and Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our digital platforms and AI mobile/web applications projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:
   • Create and design various materials for digital and print, including web pages, mobile apps, and social media graphics.
   • Develop and maintain the visual style and brand guidelines.
   • Ensure consistency across all visual outputs.
2. User Interface (UI) Design:
   • Design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for websites and web applications.
   • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
   • Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility and optimize the user experience.
3. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with the marketing and development team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
   • Partner with copywriters to align visuals with messaging.
   • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business goals.
4. Project Management:
   • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
   • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep designs current and innovative.
   • Provide timely updates on project progress and address any issues promptly.

Requirements:

1. Education and Experience:
   • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
   • Proven experience as a Graphic/Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
   • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools (Sketch, Figma, Wix).
2. Skills:
   • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
   • Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
   • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
   • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Remuneration:

MYR 3,000 - MYR 4,500
