Company Overview

We are partnering with a Listed Group that is one of the Top in their field and has been making a change to our environment since 2013. They are involved in the provision of engineering, procurement, and commissioning of solar photovoltaic facilities providing for residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Now, they are looking for an excellent Graphic Designer to join their team to assist in aspects of marketing.

New Role:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
2. Design visually appealing and engaging marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, website banners, infographics, brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.
3. Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in messaging and visual identity.
4. Work closely with copywriters to combine visuals with persuasive copy that effectively communicates key messages.
5. Conceptualize and create visually compelling and user-friendly website layouts and landing pages.
6. Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers or agencies, to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of printed materials.
7. Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design quality and effectiveness.
8. Present design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind creative decisions.
9. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
10. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to achieve the desired outcomes.
11. Support cross-functional teams with design needs, including sales, product development, and events.

Requirements to succeed:

The successful candidate must hold a Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, ideally with experience in marketing or advertising environment. Fresh grads are also welcome to apply. You should be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), have a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles, as well as a solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and technologies and knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with web design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma) is a plus.
