Graphic Designer cum Web Designer

We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Graphic & Web Designer cum Social Media Specialist. This role requires a unique blend of design expertise and digital marketing skills to enhance our brand presence across various channels.

Job Responsibilities:

Graphic & Web Design:

• Conceptualize and design visually appealing materials, including advertisements, catalogues, social media graphics, website elements, and other marketing collateral.
• Update the company's website and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements for different campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

Social Media / Digital Marketing:

• Handle the company's graphic design, website, Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.

Requirements:

• Welcome fresh graduates in design.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
