Graphic Designer

About the role
As a graphic designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and impactful designs that will help our clients achieve their marketing and branding goals.

Key responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise and develop innovative design solutions for a variety of mediums, including print, digital, and multimedia.
2. Produce high-quality graphic design assets such as logos, branding materials, advertisements, social media graphics, and marketing collateral.
3. Gather and interpret client requirements, and translate them into visually engaging designs that effectively communicate the desired message.
4. Participate in design reviews and presentations, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance your skills and the quality of your work.
6. Contribute to the overall creative direction and visual identity of the company and its clients.
7. Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

What we're looking for

1. A Professional certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Graphic Design/Advertising, or a related field.
2. At least 2-3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
6. Effective communication and presentation skills to discuss and explain design concepts.
7. Strong attention to detail, time management & problem-solving skills.
8. Required language(s): Mandarin & English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with Mandarin & English speaking suppliers and clients.
