We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

1. Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials—including presentations, internal communications, and marketing assets.
2. Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within established brand guidelines.
3. Develop concepts by hand or with software, creating original visuals through effective use of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
4. Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials.
5. Ensure all designs meet brand expectations, clearly express key ideas, and appropriately represent the company or client.
6. Work on diverse projects and media using various software programs to produce innovative, goal-oriented designs.
7. Maintain organized internal databases for design files, photography, and videos.
8. Any related ad hoc duties.

What You Bring:

1. Exceptional creativity, design flair, and attention to detail.
2. 5+ years of academic and professional experience using design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
3. Excellent time management and organizational skills to thrive under tight deadlines.
4. A growth mindset and eagerness to continuously build on your skills.

Bonus Points For:

1. 3+ years in a professional design role, ideally within a creative or marketing agency.
2. Diploma in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field.
3. Working knowledge of 3D software or motion design tools.
4. Experience with photography and photo-editing.
