• Responsible for creating compelling visual materials to promote properties, attract clients, and enhance brand recognition. This includes developing graphics for social media, print materials, advertising campaigns, hoarding boards design, digital out-of-home media, brochures, infographics, Whatsapp Business account content and websites.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Leader to develop creative ideas and design concepts with clear unique selling point (USP) messaging in graphic content.
• Create marketing graphic materials tailored to specific buyer segments where possible.
• Actively participate in creative ideation and brainstorming sessions, working closely with the Marketing Leader and Sales Leader.

Qualifications:

• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required skills: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other major software of graphic design.
• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio and a solid understanding of:
  • typography principles: including font selection, hierarchy, and readability, is essential for effective visual communication.
  • colour theory: including colour palettes, contrast, and psychology, vital for creating visually appealing and impactful designs.
  • brand guidelines and principles: important for creating designs that align with a brand's identity.
• Soft skills: Strong time management and organisational skills, as the position requires juggling workload across multiple development projects. Also, strong documentation of colour palettes and creative designs is encouraged to develop OCRs creative production approach.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolio examples demonstrating their work product capabilities are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge in social media, digital marketing and video editing would be a strong advantage for this position.
