Graphic Designer

Hey there, creative minds! We’re a growing startup in the printing industry, and we’re on the lookout for a Graphic Designer to join our team. No experience? No worries! As long as you have the passion and willingness to learn, we’ll guide you through the ropes. Your main role will be to design, prepare, and print awesome materials using digital printing machines. If you love working with colors, layouts, and making customers happy with great designs, this is the place for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Design & Layout Creation – Create eye-catching designs for banners, brochures, stickers, business cards, packaging, apparel prints, and more!
2. Pre-Press Preparation – Get files print-ready by setting the right color mode (CMYK), resolution, and layout with proper bleed and margins.
3. Operate Digital Printing Machines – Set up and monitor digital printers to ensure top-quality prints every time.
4. Material Selection & Color Matching – Choose the best printing materials and ensure color accuracy to match branding and customer expectations.
5. Print Proofing & Quality Control – Double-check print samples for any misalignment, color mismatches, or errors before going full production.
6. Basic Machine Maintenance – Keep the machines running smoothly with regular cleaning, calibration, and minor troubleshooting.
7. Client Collaboration – Chat with customers, understand their design needs, and tweak their ideas to perfection!
8. File Management – Keep digital files organized for future reprints and easy access.

Ad-Hoc Fun Stuff You Might Do:

1. Help create social media content using your graphic skills.
2. Assist with photography and editing for marketing or customer requests.
3. Support in event setup if printed materials are needed for exhibitions or company promos.
4. Teach basic design software or printing procedures to colleagues.
5. Keep track of printing materials like paper, ink, and other supplies.
