About the role

Scientex Heights Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-quality visual assets to support our marketing and communications initiatives. This is a full-time role based in Serkam, Melaka.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email newsletters, website graphics banners, flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
• Design visually engaging posts, stories, and banners for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create custom graphics, animations, and videos that align with seasonal campaigns, special events, promotions, launches, or seasonal initiatives.
• Maintain a consistent and eye-catching visual identity across all social media channels.
• Design templates for email newsletters, promotions, and event announcements.
• Create engaging, branded visuals for email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversions.
• Design digital advertisements, including display ads, Google Ads, and banner ads for various online platforms.
• Create engaging visuals for paid marketing campaigns to attract visitors to the companies’ website or physical location.
• Work with the marketing team to create original content, including photography, infographics, and video stills, that can be used in campaigns and promotions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or any related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as Graphic Designer, at least 2 – 4 years working experiences.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other relevant tools with editing skills.
• Experience in designing social media graphics, including posts, stories, and banners, for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong understanding of creating eye-catching visuals and maintaining brand consistency across different platforms.
• Proficiency in editing and retouching photos to align with brand aesthetics and marketing goals.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Proactive at work and passionate about design.
