Collaborate with the marketing, trade marketing, and e-commerce teams to conceptualize and design all online and offline A&P materials.
Create Key Visuals, POSM (e.g., Wobblers, Bus Stop Ads, Event Posters, Gondola Ends, Hangsell, and Interactive Materials), and Microsites.
Design digital marketing assets such as digital banners, infographics, digital banners (MP4, GIFs), social media posts, and packshots.
Support video editing tasks for campaigns and product showcases.
Contribute creative input while adhering to brand guidelines across various media.
Liaise with relevant teams to ensure timely execution of promotional campaigns and event materials.
Proactively research and develop fresh creative approaches for A&P materials.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide feedback for campaign improvement.
Handle multiple design projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Openly receive feedback and iterate on designs as needed.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in consumer marketing.
