Responsibilities:
Develop engaging and creative visuals, including posters, flyers, announcements, and other graphics for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
Conceptualize and design visuals specific to festive seasons, holidays, or special events aligned with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
Create eye-catching graphics for company updates, product launches, promotions, or any relevant announcements, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Design graphics optimized for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok etc.) considering the platform-specific requirements and best practices.
Work closely with marketing teams, content creators, and copywriters to align visual elements with marketing strategies and campaign messaging.
Uphold and reinforce the company's visual identity, ensuring consistency in design elements, color schemes, typography, and overall brand aesthetics.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas into visual content creation for digital platforms.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adhere to strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements:
At least a Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience in content creation and graphic design, particularly for social media.
Strong skills in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, and InDesign) and video editing tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.
