Graphic Design x Social Media Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Design x Social Media Marketing professional to join our dynamic team at JH Bersatu Sdn Bhd. In this casual role, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating graphics and managing our social media platforms to enhance the company's online presence and engagement with our customers in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

What you'll be doing

1. Designing eye-catching graphics, logos, illustrations, and other visual assets for our social media channels and marketing materials
2. Managing and updating our company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
3. Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement
4. Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute content calendars that align with our company's goals and target audience
5. Monitoring social media analytics and providing insights to continuously improve our online presence and strategies
6. Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and social media best practices

What we're looking for

1. Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their unique features and best practices
3. Excellent creative and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs
4. Experience in developing and executing social media strategies and content plans
5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
6. Familiarity with digital marketing and content creation principles
7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
8. Basic Videography or reels making
