Job Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing in-store materials, including posters, point of purchase (POP), banners, digital publishing, and promotional displays.
• Assist and handle the entire process of simple short video production from shooting, and editing, to final output.
• Work closely with our Corporate Identity team in CHINA and other team members to produce concepts & artworks based on brands’ directions & objectives.
• Liaise and organize with print vendors, agencies, and other external production resources to ensure the materials are finalized as optimal output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Assist in the creation of animated content for social media posts and other multimedia projects.
• Design the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) for the company’s website.

Requirements

• Diploma and Degree in graphic design or related field.
• Experience of 1-2 years as a graphic designer or in a related field.
• Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD, After Effects, and InDesign.
• Good understanding of UI design, including colors, typography, layout, and common design patterns.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in a UI/UX role is preferred.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Excellent verbal communication and written skills in English and Mandarin.
