Job description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Branding and Visual Identity:
    Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for the Squeeby brand across online and offline channels.
    Design and update branding materials, including packaging, in-store signage, and digital assets, ensuring brand consistency.
    Create and enforce brand guidelines for use across all marketing and promotional activities.
  2. Marketing Material Design (Online and Offline):
    Design promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, and posters for both digital and print formats.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that align with the brand’s strategy, targeting both in-store and online audiences.
    Develop creative concepts for marketing initiatives, including seasonal promotions, product launches, and online ads.
  3. Social Media and Digital Content Management:
    Manage and create content for Squeeby’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, as well as the company’s website.
    Design engaging posts, stories, ads, and other digital content that resonate with the target audience and drive online traffic.
    Monitor social media trends and digital marketing analytics to adapt content strategies and improve online engagement and brand awareness.
  4. Photography and Videography:
    Capture high-quality photographs and videos of products, events, and in-store experiences for use in both online and offline marketing efforts.
    Edit and produce video content for social media, the website, and in-store displays, ensuring all visual content aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and marketing goals.
    Coordinate photo and video shoots, managing lighting, composition, and post-production to deliver polished final assets.
  5. In-Store and Online Campaign Coordination:
    Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns that seamlessly integrate online and offline efforts.
    Design in-store displays, digital signage, and point-of-sale materials that enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
    Coordinate with external vendors and partners, such as printers and digital agencies, to ensure timely and quality delivery of marketing assets.
  6. Creative Innovation:
    Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep Squeeby’s visuals fresh and innovative.
    Experiment with new design concepts, formats, and platforms to continuously improve the brand’s visual appeal and effectiveness, both online and offline.
    Gather feedback on creative assets from both online and in-store customer experiences, iterating on designs to optimize performance.

The Creative Marketing Designer will play a key role in shaping the visual and marketing strategy for the Squeeby brand, both online and offline. This role involves managing the brand’s visual identity, designing marketing materials, and creating engaging content for social media and other digital platforms. The designer will also take charge of in-store branding and promotional materials, ensuring a seamless brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
