The Graduate Trainee Programme (GTP) is an 18-month programme that provides a structured learning path to groom graduates for the various operational roles in the Company.

This accelerated career advancement programme combines on-the-job training, rotational assignments, skills enhancement workshops, and mentorship. High-performance graduates will have the opportunity to fast-track into leadership roles and be future-ready.

The available job roles are:

1. Information Technology
2. Operations

We are looking for:

1. Malaysian fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Computing, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Multimedia Studies, Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or any related disciplines;
2. Active in extracurricular activities such as sports, societies, clubs, uniformed services, community services, and public services or participating in any competitions;
3. Less than one year of working experience.

To succeed in this programme, you must possess:

1. Clear career orientation
2. Leadership qualities and a forward-thinking mindset
3. Initiative and willingness to help and serve others
4. Good communication in both written and spoken English
5. The ability to work independently and as part of a team
