Job description

The Executive, Mobile Deposits Specialist's key responsibility is to acquire account deposits from customers and businesses and to build the opportunity to obtain leads for other products through HLB@Work. You will explain how products work and the services available, provide sales materials and support, create new leads and follow up with new customers. You will work in a wide variety of relevant industries, such as manufacturing, retail, pharmaceutical, focusing on payroll accounts.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Functional (job responsibilities)

  1. Generate and qualify leads from internal and external lists to achieve acquisition goals

  2. Source and develop client referrals to achieve acquisition goals

  3. Develop sales proposal and customize by client

  4. Schedule sales activity and ensure optimum pipeline generation

  5. Make sales calls to new potential and existing clients

  6. Negotiate effectively with clients

  7. Conduct briefing and training to clients

  8. Respond to sales enquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person

  9. Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships

  10. Follow up on sales activities to ensure sales closure and accounts are open timely

  11. Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management

  12. Carry out market research and surveys

  13. Participate in sales events and roadshows where applicable

  14. Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development

  15. Ensure all tasks are carried out in full compliance with guidelines and regulations

Managerial (team/group responsibilities)

  1. To collaborate with other departments to create a unified experience
  2. To create an achievement oriented working environment.

Organizational (organizational responsibilities)

  1. Responsibility to our ETC customers – put HLB’s long term interest ahead of short term gain.
  2. Continuous effort to improve business in support of building brand awareness and improving customer experience.

  3. Ensure all sales proposals are delivered on-time and within scope

Requirements:

Education/Qualification

  1. Diploma, Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field is preferred Experience.
  2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
