About the Role

To support the day-to-day operation as Office & HR Admin Department. The role will provide comprehensive, quality administrative and support services within a department. You’ll need to ensure smooth and efficient running of the department in all administrative matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support and assist day-to-day office admin matters for UEM Lestra Berhad
  2. Assist the Human Resource function as administrator
  3. Maintain the station directory and manage the inventory level for coffee machine, stationeries & office related items
  4. Maintain the office from any hazard and risk
  5. Control the office security by managing the keys for each room and door
  6. Liaise between IT & staff on any faulty IT equipment & peripherals such as monitors, desktops, laptops and so on
  7. Support Employee engagement activities for the company

Preferred Skills:

  1. Degree in office management, admin or HR
  2. 1-2 years’ experience in office and/or HR administration.
  3. Additional skillsets required: detail-oriented, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  4. Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Requirement:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Office Management/Admin or HR or equivalent.
