We are looking for an immediate, full-time Graduate Trainee in APAC at Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

Job Purpose:

Administer various HR processes and provide HR support to ensure the smooth running of HR activities to attract, manage, develop, motivate, and retain employees to achieve business objectives in line with business needs, overarching HR plans/policies, and current legislation.

Your tasks:

Talent Sourcing

  • Administer recruitment process including talent identification through candidate screening and selection processes.
  • Support data maintenance of recruitment systems and processes.
  • Provide day-to-day recruitment support to HR colleagues, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Advertise and post open positions internally and externally.

Talent Development

  • Undertake a limited range of Talent Management work.
  • Provide analysis for HR colleagues, management, and stakeholders including LEADS preparation.
  • Maintain required data, files, and reports for TM processes and systems such as MyTW.
  • Support execution of ad hoc learning and development events.
  • Support in communication of talent development or engagement-related materials.

HR Performance & Programs / Data Analytics etc.

  • Support in the maintenance of high-quality data and accuracy to provide effective administrative support to HR Group Functions and stakeholders.
  • Recognize issues and trends related to HR processes and address the same as per guidelines; else escalate for resolution.
  • Support the administration and implementation of annual HR processes.

Your profile:

Education Level:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification in Human Resource, Business Administration, etc.
  • Above 3.0 CGPA / Second Class upper (Hons).
  • Less than 1 year of working experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency or an interest in advanced Microsoft Office.
