Your choice to join us as a Graduate Trainee with DHL IT Service will provide you with everything you need for a practical learning opportunity. You will be trained to be the best in your area of specialization, allowing you to gain knowledge of different functions and businesses while optimizing your talents and skills.

Create your future by joining our Graduate Trainee Program where you’ll have the opportunity to work on a full-time contract position for 18 months. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering application support by monitoring and resolving issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
• Rotational shift work and on-call support for weekends and public holidays to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on progress, risks, and application status.
• Performing analysis and testing to enhance application functionality and performance.
• Providing recommendations to improve application performance and user experience.
• Supporting the project lifecycle through system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment.
• Preparing test cases and conducting tests, including system and integration testing.

Highly motivated, creative thinking candidates who want to start and develop their career in a fast-paced, change-driven environment and who have the drive and competencies to be potential future leaders. Fresh Graduates and Postgraduates from top technical and non-technical Universities with the following essential qualities and skills:

• Recognized Degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• Above 3.0 CGPA/Second Class upper (Hons).
• Less than 1-year of working experience.
• Tech stacks that will be used: Linux, SQL, shell scripting.
• Value added: VM, Openshift or cloud environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL methodology is critical.
• Highly self-motivated team player with good analytical and conceptual thinking, results-driven with initiative and good negotiation skills.
• All-rounded individual with a deep interest in the IT industry who enjoys challenges and strives to work with professionals in the IT industry globally.
• Able to quickly absorb professional knowledge, good in problem-solving, contribution, and leadership.
• Eagerness to take responsibility over complex processes and ability to multitask.
