We are looking for an immediate, full-time Graduate Trainee in APAC at Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

Job Purpose:

The Real Estate Analyst will primarily focus on supporting lease administration, coordinating CNB (Carbon Neutral Building) and sustainability assessments, reviewing lease contracts, and ensuring all real estate-related databases are kept up to date. This role is essential for maintaining compliance and supporting the overall efficiency of real estate operations within the organization.

Although the role is based in Malaysia, it will also provide support for countries outside of Malaysia, including Japan, Korea, and other regions as needed.

Your tasks:

  1. Support Lease Administration: Assist in the administration of New Facility Requisition (NFR), Lease Approval Forms (LAF), lease agreements, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and policies.
  2. Execute basic analytical assessments of real estate leasing projects.
  3. Coordinate CNB and Sustainability Assessments: Collaborate with relevant teams to coordinate CNB and sustainability assessments, ensuring that all projects align with corporate sustainability goals.
  4. Support review of Lease Contracts: Conduct thorough reviews of lease contracts to ensure terms are favorable and compliant with corporate standards.
  5. Database Management: Maintain and update all real estate-related databases to ensure accurate and current information is available for decision-making and reporting.
  6. Collaborate with external consultants and developers to gather market intelligence.
  7. Assist with various administrative tasks, including arranging meetings and taking meeting minutes.
  8. Engage in and support CRE APAC initiatives.

Your profile:

Education Level:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  2. Above 3.0 CGPA / Second Class upper (Hons)
  3. Less than 1-year of working experience

Functional Skills:

  1. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for lease contract reviews.
  2. Excellent communication skills in English.
  3. Basic understanding or knowledge of sustainability practices and corporate governance related to real estate will be an advantage but not essential.
  4. Proficient in database management and data entry.
  5. Ability to communicate in basic Mandarin, Japanese, and/or Korean will be an advantage but not essential.
