Graduate Trainee, Community Assistance (Yayasan UEM)

Responsibilities

1. Assist the Community Assistance (CA) team in all YUEM CA-approved programmes.
2. Work closely with stakeholders for the planned and approved programmes.
3. Manage reporting requirements on the YUEM CA Portal and GDRN Portal.
4. Actively participate in YUEM staff activities and events.
5. Demonstrate a strong interest in CSR, community engagement, and charitable initiatives.
6. Willingness to travel as required for programme implementation and outreach activities.

Qualifications

1. Fresh graduates seeking a full-time Graduate Trainee opportunity.
2. Strong personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
4. Able to work collaboratively with team members and various stakeholders.
5. Willingness to travel, work outstation, or work remotely as required during the programme.
6. Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or any related field focused on community or human development or event/programme management
7. Experience with social media management, basic photography, poster design, and video editing for event-related purposes is an advantage.
8. Demonstrates a strong interest in community work, programme coordination, event management and planning, reporting.
