Job Description

UEM Edgenta Berhad is dedicated to nurturing our young talents through our Graduate Trainee Program (GeT). This program is designed to empower graduates with essential skills and hands-on experience to excel in the working landscape. Our comprehensive 9 -12 months initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.

Responsibilities:

1. Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps).
2. Prepare attendance lists and meeting minutes as required.
3. Assist in preparing letters, reports, data input, presentation decks, etc.
4. Assist in providing documentation to internal teams.
5. Assist in document control and compilation of documents as required.
6. Assist in monitoring project progress and highlighting potential issues.
7. Assist in quality controls to ensure completeness of deliverables as per requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering or related course.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
