Project Management is about the overall process of planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of a project to its objectives.

PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS:

• Duration of 18 months with rotation in various relevant departments:
• Project Management (Primary) – 6 months
• Project Construction (Secondary) – 4 months
• Contracts – 3 months
• Quality Assurance/Quality Control – 3 months
• Customer Care – 1 month
• All trainees under GREaT will be employed as permanent confirmed staff.
• Trainees who successfully complete the programme will be well-rewarded monetarily on top of a fast-tracked career path.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

• Candidate must possess a degree in either Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, or any other related discipline with a CGPA of at least 3.0.
• Less than a year of working experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
