Graduate Development Program (GDP)

We have an exciting opportunity for students or graduates to participate in Time dotCom's Graduate Development Program (GDP) in collaboration with the University of Sussex. This program will provide a valuable learning experience and exposure to the telecommunications industry.

Time dotCom is a leading telecommunications provider committed to fostering talent and nurturing future leaders in the industry. Our GDP is designed to offer participants an immersive and comprehensive understanding of the telecommunications sector and hands-on experience in various aspects of our business operations.

Program details:

Duration: 3 weeks (Tentative Dates: 16th June 2025 - 4th July 2025)

Eligibility: Undergraduate or recent graduate on semester break

Collaboration Partner: University of Sussex

During the program, participants will have the opportunity to work closely with professionals from different departments within Time dotCom, gaining insights into areas such as network operations, customer experience, product development, and corporate strategy. They will also engage in team projects, workshops, and mentoring sessions to develop their skills and provide practical exposure to the telecommunications industry.

As part of our commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce, we encourage students across the faculties to apply, with our main focus being Telecommunications Engineers, Network Engineers, Computer Science, Business Management, and Software Developers/Engineers.
