Graduate Development Program – Engineer

GDP is a structured program tailored to groom FRESH graduates for leadership and SME roles within the organization. This 18-month program involves rotation through different processes or roles with guidance from SMEs, engineers, and managers. Formal training sessions and opportunities to work on projects or assignments that provide exposure to various aspects of the company's operations will be given to the graduates as part of the process to shape them as the future leaders of Carsem.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support and be responsible for new innovative approaches in sustaining continuous improvement of production test for multiple products.
• Interact with customers for test product sustaining requirements.
• Attend to daily probe line related items on products assigned to ensure on-time delivery.
• Troubleshoot test hardware and repair when required.
• Work closely with production to ensure all test methods implemented are followed at all times.
• Work closely with the product engineering team to improve device yield.
• Any other duties assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Manufacturing Engineering with a CGPA of 3.5 and above.

Experience

• Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of experience.
