About the Role
We're seeking a talented and results-driven Paid Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Media Buying and Optimisation: Manage media budgets efficiently and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Platform Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to identify the most effective ad variations and strategies.
- Reporting and Insights: Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to inform future campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in paid social media advertising, particularly with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Sound knowledge of SEO, PPC advertising, and social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using social media advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer: Minimum Windows 10 with 8 GB RAM.

Job Type: Fixed-term contract Contract length: 6 months - will be renewed with Performance Review result.
Salary Range: based on experience: up to £1500 GBP.
Schedule: (UK GMT) - 8-hour working shift with a 30-minute break (flexible within agreed-upon core hours) Monday - Sunday (5 days a week inclusive of one weekend day).
Education: A degree in any of the following fields: Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations - is ideal but not necessary with solid tangible experience (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Previous social media management experience, Google Ads specialist: 2+ years.
Work Location: Remote.
