Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic planning for golf resort operation and management of all aspects of day-to-day operations.
Plans, schedules, supervises, and promotes all golf tournaments, leagues, and outing activities.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the member and visitor experience, monitoring the quality of services to ensure maximum member and guest satisfaction.
Ownership of the golf sales efforts and the overall marketing strategy and planning, consistently looking for opportunities to increase revenue.
Manage the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
Responsible for the annual operation budget.
Job Requirements:
10+ years in the hospitality industry, ideally with experience managing a golf resort.
A passion for hospitality, the guest experience, and growing a business.
Experience in managing and leading a diverse group of managers.
Strong work ethic and understanding of the demands of golf and venue management.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize actions.
