Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
Spearheading GTM and roadshow efforts to achieve the AOP GA & ACV targets set (mobile & fibre) for Business Individuals for Enterprise segment assigned.
What are you accountable for?
To achieve the Gross Add (GA) & Annual Contract Value (ACV) targets allocated for Business Individuals for Enterprise segment assigned.
To establish a 3-6 months roadshow calendar and track planned vs confirmed roadshows.
To establish a forecasted number of lines on a rolling 3-6 months incorporating the planned/confirmed roadshow calendar.
To work closely with AM, Product and Marketing to create end-to-end GTM campaigns with attractive competitive offers for Maxis Business customers.
To liaise, ensure accuracy and track DEN updates with relevant internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
To recommend solution and highlight to the immediate supervisor if forecasted GA is lesser than monthly/quarterly/bi-annual/annual GA targets for next 3-6 months.
To collaborate/coordinate/follow-up/track with Account Managers and S&S colleagues (Maxis Center, MEP, Hybrid etc) on planned and confirmed roadshow schedule.
To establish the GA acquisition performance report during every roadshow, i.e. new, MNP, renewals, transfer in/out from Consumer as a collation for PIR.
To provide a Post-Implementation Review (PIR) for monthly roadshow and feedback for roadshow result improvements.
To establish and execute on-ground customer surveys as determined by the immediate supervisor on a periodic basis to understand targeted customer pain-points, value propositions required, and any other feedback required to improve roadshow lines acquisition.
To participate in weekly segment and S&S alignment meetings to undertake initiatives that will strengthen such collaborations and related align stakeholders to achieve GA targets.
What do you need to have for this role?
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels.
Result driven and passionate individual who eager to help customer by providing solutions based on customer needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Tertiary education in business administration, sales or relevant field.
3 – 5 years prior experience in sales, product or event planning will be beneficial.
