This role focuses on digital transformation in the B2B Sales department. Beyond direct sales to customers, FrieslandCampina collaborates with distributors worldwide who sell our products to local end-customers. Over the past three years, we’ve developed a digital platform called “Distributor Connect” to enhance distributor collaboration. Through this platform, distributors access essential information efficiently while providing FrieslandCampina with valuable insights to improve business operations together. You’ll contribute to optimizing this platform and fostering continuous dialogue with distributors to drive mutual success.
In this role, you’ll work as a global brand manager to elevate FrieslandCampina’s dairy products in various international markets. Your responsibilities might include developing global brand strategies, coordinating with regional marketing teams to ensure brand consistency, and analysing market trends to identify growth opportunities. You’ll also collaborate with global advertising agencies to create impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse consumer segments worldwide.
