(Global Telco) Mandarin Senior Contract Commercial Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead contract generation (quality, practice, and continuous improvement).
• Manage commercial and legal affairs-related content bidding.
• Develop contract solution preparation, modification, and consolidation.
• Identify commercial & legal risks, develop mitigation solutions, and implement results.
• Disclose risks in contract clauses.
• Regularly scan the account's contract risks.
• Perform contract handover ensuring key information such as responsibilities, rights, risks, and assumptions are completely transferred.
• Lead the output of transaction conventions and contract management guide of the account.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related fields.
• 5+ years of experience related to commercial contract management.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a must.
• Able to negotiate with customers (Good Communication).
• Experienced in handling multiple projects.
• Willing to work in South Jakarta, Indonesia.
