Job Title: JR54382 Global Facilities Engineer (Facility Master Planning) (Evergreen)

Develop, propose and collaborate with various stakeholders from both global and site team to generate preliminary site master plan (SMP) concept design for greenfield and brownfield projects in alignment with company strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional facilities teams to identify opportunities for facilities space planning optimization and establish standards for critical facilities rooms and areas.
2. Standardize and continuously improve facilities space management for critical systems, leveraging industry best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
3. Assess and identify potential risks and challenges related to facilities space constraints, particularly in brownfield projects by conducting crash checks during the preliminary stage and providing support to ensure project continuity.
4. Generate SMP 3D models, renderings and animations to visualize and communicate proposed site master plan effectively.
5. Analyze and evaluate construction-related building & site information across all Micron sites and use it as guidelines for construction projects.
6. Regularly update and enhance Micron site construction data to maintain accuracy for benchmarking, reference and info sharing purposes with cross-functional facilities teams.
7. Provide timely and effective support to new construction projects to ensure project continuity.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or construction-related field.
2. Good knowledge and understanding of semiconductor manufacturing plants and local construction codes. (Preferably with fundamental knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing)
3. Understanding of utilities systems is highly desired.
4. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
5. Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling tools. (Candidate will need to heavily use these software for SMP layout and space analysis)
6. Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and multimedia editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
7. Good interpersonal skills, team player, strong collaboration & analytical skills, and able to work independently.
8. May require travel for site surveys if necessary.
9. Willing to work during non-standard hours if necessary.
10. Able to interpret architecture and layout-related drawings.
