Description

1. Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, ensuring accurate and timely posting of financial transactions.
2. Perform month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
3. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
4. Conduct regular account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
5. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and best practices.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in an RTR role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
