Key Responsibilities

1. Capture of intercompany receipts and payments on a monthly basis.
2. Receive and reconcile intercompany payments and statements.
3. Escalate queries and resolve outstanding issues.
4. Ensure that receivables and payables balance to other entities.
5. Liaise with other regions and within the region to balance intercompany at month end.
6. Liaise with business, AP & AR departments to resolve intercompany issues.
7. Preparation of monthly recharges and posting of foreign currency revaluation.
8. Maintenance of intercompany unagreed listing, follow-up and status update on SAP system & company internal system i.e. Intercompany Management System (ICMS).
9. Analysis of intercompany costs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
10. Ensure complete supporting documents for intercompany.
11. Preparation of monthly movement listing for audit purposes.
12. Preparation of monthly ICO reporting and Notes to BPC to Financial reporting Team for consolidation purposes.
13. Preparation of statutory intercompany statement for audit purposes.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by Intercompany Controller / RTR Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years' experience in financial accounting.
3. Ability to plan, prioritize and meet deadlines and displays initiative.
4. SAP FI/CO experience an advantage.
5. Clear communication skills with multi-racial and background across the world.
6. Basic to Intermediate level of Excel skills.
