GIT & MICE Operation Executive

Position: Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Helping clients plan, book, and organize conferences, seminars, and large-scale events.
2. Following up with MICE clients, and addressing their queries and concerns.
3. Cross-selling and promoting various destinations and products.
4. Preparing proposals and quotes and coordinating with product and sales teams.
5. Advising clients on suitable products and services based on their requirements.
6. Building relationships with existing clients and addressing any complaints.
