General Production Operator

JOB DESCRIPTION

General operative duties in this instance could include:

1. Fiberglass pipe production: Operate using tools, machineries and equipment to manufacture pipes according to specifications and production requirements.
2. Quality Control: Inspect pipes for defects or inconsistencies and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met.
3. Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials and products within the production area.
4. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantity produced, material usage, and measuring log & TPM checklist.
6. Housekeeping: Keep the work area clean and organized to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum SPM Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent.
2. Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, especially in pipe bonding or similar processes.
3. Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with operating production machinery.
4. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
5. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or work instructions.
