- Supporting and assisting lawyers in the delivery of managed services to our clients, including document management and document review and reporting.
- Ensuring that projects and deadlines are achieved on time to the highest of standards.
- Maintenance of a central trademark database.
- Participating and leading on multiple client-focused communications (email, phone and virtually/in-person).
- Managing the input and output of client-focused legal technologies.
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or any other equivalent qualification. Fresh law graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent computer skills, in particular MS Office, Excel and Outlook.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships and rapport, demonstrating credibility.
- Confident in communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work on own initiative and to take ownership of tasks, time and workload by prioritizing and managing expectations.
