General Manager -Sales & Marketing

With more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing, fabricating, and marketing workwear, apparel, and garment products as our core product lines. Our services expand beyond to made-to-order home, kitchen, daily-used articles for retail and promotion campaigns. This has reinforced our business relationship with our preferred partners.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
2. Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, online, etc.), exhibitions, and promotional events
3. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures
4. Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
5. Coordinate with marketing agencies for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, website material, etc.)
6. Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
7. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
8. Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
9. Assist marketing department.
10. Any other task assigned by the management.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Business Studies/Administration/Marketing/Commerce or equivalent.
2. With min 3 years of experience in related fields
3. Pleasant personality, outgoing & socially confident person.
4. Good command in English and Bahasa
5. Skills: Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Personal Branding, Public Relations, Website Development, Search Engine, Content Writing, Events Planning.
6. Good in social media platforms
7. Willing to work long hours and weekends when required.
8. Open gender, Age 26 - 40 years old
