Job description
General Manager - Retail Electronics Operation & Marketing
Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and standards to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all stores and channels.
Oversee inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations to minimize costs and maximize product availability.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Define and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Drive product mix optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, distributors, and partners to enhance the company’s competitive positioning.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, market trends, and customer insights.
Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback to improve team performance.
Customer Experience:
Champion a customer-first philosophy, ensuring exceptional service delivery at every touchpoint.
Implement initiatives to enhance in-store and online customer experiences.
Monitor customer feedback and resolve escalated issues promptly.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10-15 years of progressive experience in retail management, with a focus on operations and commercial leadership.
Proven track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets in a retail environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in retail management systems and tools.
