General Manager - Retail Electronics Operation & Marketing

  • Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and standards to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all stores and channels.
  • Oversee inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations to minimize costs and maximize product availability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Define and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Drive product mix optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, distributors, and partners to enhance the company’s competitive positioning.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback to improve team performance.

Customer Experience:

  • Champion a customer-first philosophy, ensuring exceptional service delivery at every touchpoint.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance in-store and online customer experiences.
  • Monitor customer feedback and resolve escalated issues promptly.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in retail management, with a focus on operations and commercial leadership.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets in a retail environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in retail management systems and tools.
