Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, execution, and oversight for both new and ongoing initiatives.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies, budgeting, and related analyses to secure management approval for project development.
• Identify, negotiate, and recommend suitable appointments for consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of drawings and documentation to the Ministry of Housing, local councils, and other relevant authorities to secure necessary approvals.
• Coordinate with land offices and survey boards to address all matters related to land management.
• Facilitate the timely approval process and ensure smooth handover of completed units to purchasers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant authorities and key departments to support project objectives.
• Organize and lead coordination meetings to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Provide mentoring, feedback, and support to staff, fostering a competent and high-performing team.

Qualifications / Experience

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Engineering or Property Development or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of construction-based experience in managing property development
• Highly motivated. Good interpersonal, presentation and reporting skills
• Good knowledge of relevant acts, familiar with all local authority and regulations relating to Property Management.
