We are currently looking for a General Manager for a Pharmaceutical Manufacturer with a legacy of more than 47 years. This position requires your urgent attention.

The Role

• Provide strategic leadership by collaborating with the Board and management to define long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies.
• Oversee financial management, including budget analysis, financial reporting, and enhancing financial policies and procedures.
• Drive organisational effectiveness by evaluating the structure, fostering talent development, and leading strategic initiatives.
• Ensure operational excellence by leading large teams, managing complex operations, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including with the Board, management, external vendors, and other stakeholders.

The Experience

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• 10 years of related experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in contracts and negotiation, is necessary.
• Proven experience in leading large teams and managing complex operations is essential.
• Able to relocate to Indonesia.
