Job Responsibilities:

1. Develops and implements strategic sales and marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
2. Manages the overall marketing performance, leading and driving the marketing team to achieve sales targets.
3. Ensures effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
4. Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
5. Prepares, develops, plans, and reviews marketing communication strategies and sales campaigns.
6. Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
7. Ensures high standards of customer service and after-sales service to prospects and purchasers.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Sales & Marketing/ Business/ Commerce or equivalent qualification.
2. At least 10 years of experience in Marketing & Sales in the property development industry.
3. Excellent negotiation and management skills; self-motivated, aggressive with a positive working attitude.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong leadership qualities and able to foster teamwork.
5. Possess understanding of Statutes e.g. Housing Developers Act, Strata Titles Act, Foreign Investment Committee Guidelines, National Land Code Act and related legislation.
