Job description

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our new start up Wellness & Aesthetic Clinic, ensuring the seamless operation of the clinic while driving growth and customer satisfaction. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of clinic management, from staff leadership to financial oversight, ensuring high-quality services and customer experiences in line with the company’s vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management:

  1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of aestheticians, wellness consultants, and administrative staff.
  2. Set performance goals and ensure staff development through training and coaching.
  3. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating the team to deliver top-tier service.

Clinic Operations:

  1. Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal resource allocation.
  2. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in both aesthetic treatments and wellness services.
  3. Implement and monitor policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing feedback and ensuring a personalized and high-quality experience.
  2. Lead initiatives for client retention and referral programs to boost business growth.
  3. Manage the clinic’s budget, including expenses, revenue projections, and profit margins.
  4. Conduct financial analyses to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  5. Oversee inventory management for aesthetic products and wellness supplies.

Strategic Business Development:

  1. Develop and execute business strategies to promote growth, including marketing plans, new services, and partnerships.
  2. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the clinic at the forefront of innovation.
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership to define business goals and drive long-term success.

Customer Experience & Quality Control:

  1. Ensure the clinic delivers an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high standards in both services and facility presentation.
  2. Address any client concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably within the aesthetic, beauty, or wellness industry.
  2. Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and healthcare services.
  3. Excellent leadership & team management, communication, and organizational skills.
  4. Excellent in business development and strategic planning.
  5. Excellent in problem-solving and decision-making.
  6. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and financial analysis.
  7. Ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and customer relationship management.
  8. Exceptional customer service skills and a keen eye for detail.
