Job Responsibilities:

1. Preparing the entire organization to drive the Digital Transformation journey towards being more relevant and fully adapting to the new business environment through sufficient internal training and rigorous implementations.
2. Developing a new company mindset of global competitiveness by inheriting Global Best Practices for the entire organization at all times.
3. Building organizational capability by ensuring a team of competitive professionals can thrive in the Top Glove environment and continuously update and upgrade the company’s digital capabilities.
4. Evaluating opportunities, defining alignment, influencing, and program managing pilot initiatives and explorative test beds for performance testing of new technologies and solutions in conjunction with the digital transformation journey roadmap.
5. Keeping abreast of global market developments in developing a master of business intelligence and introducing emerging technologies and solutions.
6. Collaborating and shaping solutions for the business to ensure benefits are fully maximized from the projects initiated.
7. Continually validating the digital roadmap, feasibility, and implementation of the plans through constant engagement with the business and delivery teams.
8. Refining the digital culture through effective change management and enabling all stakeholders to be digitally savvy.
9. Continuously updating and ensuring all ESG/17SDG conditions compliances are adhered to.
10. Consistently upholding the organization’s culture by practicing all corporate values.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in General Management, Information Communication Technology (ICT) with a strong business background. Education from reputable universities.
2. Working experience in a global corporate company or in strategy consulting firms would be advantageous.
3. A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience driving digital innovation and transformation in a large-scale organization.
4. Strong leadership experience in managing large-scale programs that have direct business impacts (P&L responsibilities).
5. Possess a business mindset.
