Job Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment strategy and operations for the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job analysis and description development to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Manage and develop the recruitment team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance team performance.
- Implement effective talent acquisition strategies and best practices to attract top-tier candidates across various levels and functions.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to enhance recruitment processes, improve candidate experience, and measure effectiveness.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop strategies to meet those needs efficiently.
- Establish and monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other sourcing channels.
- Promote a strong employer brand to attract a diverse and skilled workforce.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are advantageous.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful recruitment strategies and processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using recruitment metrics to inform decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
